Cristina Colangelo is a PhD Candidate in the Cells and Circuits Section of the Simulation Neuroscience Division.

Cristina’s focus at Blue Brain is a project on modeling cholinergic modulation of the neocortical microcircuitry.

She has a Masters in Neurobiology from the University of Pavia, Italy and a Bachelors in Biology from the University of Milan, Italy.

Outside of work, she is a fan of Salsa dancing (Latino American in general) and slacklining.
