Operations - Human Resources

Aleksandra Doray is the Human Resources Business Partner within the Operations Division.

Aleksandra manages the HR and Recruitment projects for the Blue Brain. She is in charge of the HR unit’s overall strategy and effective operations.

She joined Blue Brain from Bourbon Offshore where she was the Human Resources Business Partner and Recruitment supervisor.

Aleksandra has a Masters in International Relations specializing in diplomacy and a Bachelor in Romance Philology from the University of Wroclaw, Poland. Her Masters included a year grant at the Sciences Po Bordeaux studying Political Science.

Outside of work, Aleksandra enjoys good books, long walks, swimming and horse riding.
